In light of the current situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have made the following changes to our processes in order to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. The following changes are as follows:

Ordering and enquiries
Our shop remains closed for the general public apart from collections which must be arranged prior to your visit. You can still book and enquire via telephone, email, or an enquiry form on our website.

Payment
​
You will be required to pay 50% upfront deposit via a bank transfer and the remaining 50% upon Collection. If you can please pay via Debit or Credit card upon your arrival.
If you opt for a delivery option, you will be required to pay the total amount upfront upon your booking.

Collection
You can collect your order from our shop by appointment only. You will be able to discuss the date and time of your collection with a member of staff who will be responsible for processing your booking.

Please note, we have introduced a one person collection policy, therefore we will only welcome one person per collection if possible. If you arrive with more than one person, they must remain outside the front entrance unless they are from the same household.

Delivery
​
We have now also introduced a contact-free delivery service. You will be ranged upon delivery and your order will be placed in front of your door. The delivery driver will place the order by your front door then move away a minimum of 2 meters to adhere to social distancing.
The delivery is available within Coventry +5 mile radius at a fee of £5.00. Please arrange the delivery date and time of your collection with a member of staff who will be responsible for processing your booking

Consultations will continue to be held online via e-mail and telephone.
