How to book your local delivery
To arrange delivery please book by clicking the 'book now' button below.
You will be requested to pay upfront and will receive a booking confirmation
e-mail once your booking is confirmed.
Please provide your Order reference number in the 'Add Your Message' section in the booking form.
Delivery Information
We currently deliver within Coventry (+ 5 mile radius) only.
We deliver Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:00 and Saturdays 10:00 to 15:00.
All products are packaged in secure cake/cupcake boxes.
The delivery fee is £5.00.
We dedicate 1-hour time slots for each delivery. This means that if you book your delivery for 14:00, your order will be delivered between 14:00 and 15:00.
Cancelation & Changes to your delivery
To cancel or reschedule your delivery please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
If you miss your delivery
If you miss your delivery, your cake will be taken back to our store where you will be able to collect it on the same day or the next working day.
No refunds will be issued if you miss your delivery.
