Let us know the date, collection time, number of servings, preferred flavours and dietary requirements. Please feel free to send us images of other cakes that you like as a visual reference.

Once all details are confirmed we'll ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

You can pay in cash, card or via online bank transfer. If you wish for the cake to be delivered we will require an upfront payment.

If you opt to collect your cake, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance on the day of collection. You can pay by card and/or cash in-store.

We normally require a minimum of four to six weeks of notice for bespoke orders. However, depending on the season and how busy we are, we may need more or less time to prepare your custom order, so it's always best to drop us an email and check.

Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit for all bespoke orders. Orders of £30.00 (or less) and those that are being delivered must be paid upfront in full.

Yes, we deliver within Coventry and West Midlands and Warwickshire areas.

A fee for delivery within Coventry is £5.00. Fees for areas outside of Coventry are charged on an individual basis.

Yes, we make gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless, vegan cakes and cupcakes.

Our dairy-free, eggless and vegan products are not gluten-free and vice versa.

Most of our sponges and decorations are vegetarian. However, please check before ordering, as some decorations and cake ingredients may contain animal products.

If you are suffering from any allergies, intolerances or have special dietary requirements, please check with us first before ordering and see the ‘Allergy & Intolerance Information’ section on our online store and individual product pages.

All of our products may contain traces of nuts.

You can cancel or reschedule your bespoke celebration cake order free of charge up to three weeks in advance.

Otherwise, cancellations will be charged as follows:

Two full weeks from cancellation date 5% of the full cake price, One full week from cancellation date 25% of the full cake price, Less than one full week from cancellation date 100% of the full cake price will be due.

There is no limit in the size of cake or number of servings that you can order.

However, the minimum order size for cake is 12 servings (6"), and for cupcakes the minium order is a box of 6.
