Collection times:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 16:30
Saturday 10:00 - 15:30

If a collection falls on a Sunday or a Monday Bank Holiday, the cake will be ready for collection on Saturday before. 

If you require collection for a specific date that is later than 5 days from when you order it, simply insert the date in the field above.

It’s really important that you collect your food order from store on the arranged date. As food orders are perishable, we don’t keep them until the next day.

Any refund given for disputes regarding a cake design or production of a design are completely at the discretion of Emilia’s Cakes and are not automatic.

Full refunds will never be given for any cake which has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the cake is viewed as your acceptance that the cake is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied.
