Let us know the date, collection time, number of servings, preferred flavours and dietary requirements. Please feel free to send us images of other cakes that you like as a visual reference. Once all details are confirmed we'll ask you to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You can pay in cash, card or via online bank transfer. You will need to pay the remaining balance 28 days prior your wedding.

We normally require three to six months for bespoke cake orders. Please note that the summer period is especially busy for us therefore, we recommend enquiring and booking in advance. If your wedding is within less than three months, please get in touch with us to check our availability.

Yes, we require a 50% upfront deposit for all bespoke wedding orders and the remaining balance to be paid one month prior to your wedding

Yes, we deliver wedding orders free of charge within Coventry. Deliveries for areas outside of Coventry are charged on an individual basis. If you are requiring a delivery beyond West Midlands or Warwickshire, please get in touch with us to discuss the details.

Yes, we make gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless, vegan cakes and cupcakes. Our dairy-free, eggless and vegan products are not gluten-free and vice versa. Most of our sponges and decorations are vegetarian. However, please check before ordering, as some decorations and cake ingredients may contain animal products. If you are suffering from any allergies, intolerances or have special dietary requirements, please check with us first before ordering and see the ‘Allergy & Intolerance Information’ section on our online store and individual product pages. All of our products may contain traces of nuts.

You can cancel or reschedule your bespoke wedding cake order free of charge up to three months in advance. Otherwise cancellations will be charged as follows: Two full months from cancellation date 5% of the full cake price, One full month from cancellation date 25% of the full cake price, Less than one full month from cancellation date 100% of the full cake price will be due.
